Shipping

Orders placed before 12noon (Monday - Friday), will usually result in the delivery of parcels during next business day but may take 2-3 days in some areas. 

Free Shipping applies to UK Mainland only. If you reside outside of the UK Mainland and wish to place an order then additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for further information. 

VAT

All UK orders include VAT at 20% (Subject to changes in taxation).

Credit Card Security

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Tech Tool Van does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 day of the date of delivery. Such notice must be given by emailing us or using the information on our contact page. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

On cancellation you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty item.
